Dark Peak Performance (DPP) provides specialized ECU remapping, advanced vehicle diagnostics, and VAG-specific coding solutions. These terms govern the professional relationship between DPP and its clients to ensure safety, clarity, and performance excellence.

Standard of Service

We utilize industry-leading Alientech and Autotuner equipment, paired with custom-calibrated files from verified tuning house partners. Every remap is precision-applied via the vehicle's OBD-II port or direct ECU bench connection.

Our mobile diagnostic service uses dealer-level software (VCDS, ODIS, etc.) to investigate faults. While we provide expert guidance, fault codes indicate symptoms; root-cause diagnosis may require workshop-based mechanical tear-downs beyond our mobile scope.

Coding unlocks comfort features and registers new hardware (like batteries) to the vehicle's energy management system. Compatibility depends on the specific hardware modules installed in your vehicle from the factory.

By using these services, the client acknowledges the legal implications and accepts full responsibility for the vehicle's road legality.

AdBlue/SCR system repairs and optimizations involve resetting adaptation values and clearing lockdown timers. SCR hardware must be structurally sound for a successful software intervention.

Our premium mobile service covers Greater Manchester. We require a safe, level workspace (driveway or private car park) and, in some cases, access to a 240v power source.

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. We accept Card, Apple Pay, Bank Transfer, and Cash.

Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Repeated same-day cancellations may result in a non-refundable booking deposit for future sessions.

Dark Peak Performance holds comprehensive Public Liability Insurance. However, we are not liable for pre-existing mechanical failures or faults that manifest due to inadequate vehicle maintenance by the owner post-tune.

Performance figures (BHP/Torque/MPG) are estimates based on standard vehicle health and represent typical gains; individual results may vary based on fuel quality and engine condition.

We take your privacy and the security of your data seriously. By submitting our quote or mailing list forms, you acknowledge that we process the following data for professional service delivery and marketing (where consented):

• Contact Information: First and Last Name, Email, and Phone Number.
• Vehicle Data: Registration number and technical specifications.
